以乙酸锌、柠檬酸三钠和氢氧化钠为原料,在室温下磁力搅拌制得ZnO。经XRD、SEM和TEM表征,ZnO具有良好的结晶度,为花瓣状形貌。在模拟太阳光的照射下,光催化反应80 min,ZnO对质量浓度为25 mg/L的双酚A溶液中双酚A的去除率仅为32.0%,对质量浓度为20 mg/L的Cr(Ⅵ)溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为60.2%。将双酚A与Cr(Ⅵ)溶液混合后,ZnO对双酚A和Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率分别提高至77.6%和94.2%。  相似文献

This study was conducted in Gwayi Valley Conservation Area in Zimbabwe. The objective was to evaluate the level of environmental awareness raising among rural communities resettled by government in a wildlife conservation area and their behavior and actions towards biodiversity conservation. We selected three communities based on the degree of exposure to environmental awareness campaigns by various government departments and non-governmental organizations. This formed a gradient of exposure to environmental awareness campaigns, ranging from the most accessible and exposed community (Hangano), moderately exposed (Gwayi) through to the least accessible and exposed community (Karna). We used focus group discussions, key informant interviews and structured interviews with 95 respondents in the selected communities from November 2016 to April 2017. Through public awareness raising, a number of conservation groups were established including fire and hunting committees, anti-poaching teams and environmental resource monitors. While these groups were found to be either inactive or less effective in Gwayi and Karna, all were found to be very active and effective in Hangano. Similarly, community behavior and actions that caused biodiversity loss such as indiscriminate cutting of live trees, poaching, streambank cultivation, fishing in rivers with nets and use of sledges were much reduced in Hangano than in Gwayi and Karna. Frequent environmental awareness campaigns played a critical role in promoting biodiversity in Hangano. We conclude that substantial gains can be made in environmental conservation by investing more in public awareness campaigns, particularly in developing countries such as Zimbabwe where financial resources for conservation are scarce.  相似文献

作为最主要的三大传统溴系阻燃剂(BFRs),多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)、六溴环十二烷(HBCD)、四溴双酚A(TBBPA)具有半挥发性、环境持久性和远距离传输性,目前在全球各种环境介质、生物体内广泛存在.毒理学研究表明,PBDEs、HBCD、TBBPA均具有明显的生物毒性和致癌性,对生态环境和人体健康存在潜在危害.本文简要概述了PBDEs、HBCD、TBBPA的使用现状,综述了全球范围内非生物体(灰尘、水体、土壤、沉积物、污泥)和生命体内(植物、动物、人体)等3种传统BFRs的污染水平、特征、暴露途径和毒性,并讨论了当前存在问题,最后对PBDEs、HBCD、TBBPA的未来研究进行了初步展望.  相似文献

采用A/O-电催化氧化法处理村镇垃圾中转站渗滤液,并针对工艺核心电催化氧化单元的相关运行参数进行探究。结果表明:使用椰壳活性炭作为粒子电极基体材料,以Sn-Sb作为活性催化剂,在初始pH值<7、外加电压15 V条件下,电解中转站垃圾渗滤液效果较好;联合工艺连续运行阶段,当水力停留时间达到11 d时,原水COD从(31 098±1 270)mg/L下降到(391±44)mg/L,渗滤液可生化性(B/C)从0.336±0.020提升到0.719±0.024,可生化性显著增强。  相似文献

研究了将鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)长期暴露于不同浓度的四溴双酚A(TBBPA)后的器官组织分布和浓缩富集系数,同时对不同暴露时间的鲫鱼不同器官病理切片进行了观察.结果显示,各浓度组鲫鱼肝脏和肾脏的TBBPA含量都表现出先升高后下降的趋势,鳃和肌肉中TBBPA含量只有在高浓度时呈现相同的趋势.病理切片显示鲫鱼肝脏、肾脏和鳃等器官组织均表现出时间-剂量依赖性的病理损伤,在相同暴露浓度下,雄鱼的性腺损伤程度高于雌鱼.  相似文献

The impact of bisphenol A (BPA) on Gammarus fossarum and Lumbriculus variegatus was studied in four artificial indoor streams (0, 5, 50 and 500?µg?L?1 BPA, nominal) over 103 days in a pulse–dose exposure scenario (weekly BPA application). For G. fossarum populations at day 103, the proportions of juveniles and of breeding females from the highest BPA treatment were in tendency reduced. For individually exposed gammarid pairs an EC10 of 17?µg?L?1 BPA (nominal) for the proportion of reproductive females in the fourth brood was determined. During the first three broods, the largest brood size occurred at the highest BPA concentration, whereas in the fourth brood it decreased concentration-dependently (fourth brood EC10?=?5?µg?L?1 BPA, nominal). Effects on L. variegatus were a reduced population growth (103?d-EC10 of 2?µg?L?1 BPA, nominal) and an increase in dry weight and the number of segments in large, complete worms.  相似文献

The photo-Fenton reactions, which could yield hydroxyl radicals via the catalytic degradation of H2O2 by Fe(II), were focused as one of the abiotic degradation processes of bisphenol A (BPA) in surface waters. At pH 6, in the presence of H2O2 only, 32% of BPA was degraded after 120?min of irradiation. However, 97% of BPA was degraded in the presence of both H2O2 and Fe(II). Without light irradiation, no BPA degradation was observed even in the presence of Fe(II) and H2O2. These results show that photo-Fenton processes are effective in the natural attenuation of BPA in surface water. In addition, the presence of humic acids (HAs), which were of more aliphatic nature, resulted in enhancing BPA degradation via the photo-Fenton processes. Therefore, HAs can be one of the important factors in enhancing the degradation of BPA in surface water via the photo-Fenton processes.  相似文献

The environmental impact of nanotechnology has caused a great concern. Many in vitro studies showed that many types of nanoparticles were cytotoxic. However, whether these nanoparticles caused cell membrane damage was not well studied. F2-isoprostanes are specific products of arachidonic acid peroxidation by nonenzymatic reactive oxygen species and are considered as reliable biomarkers of oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation. In this article, we investigated the cytotoxicity of different nanoparticles and the degree of cellular membrane damage by using F2-isoprostanes as biomarkers after exposure to nanoparticles. The human lung epithelial cell line A549 was exposed to four silica and metal oxide nanoparticles: SiO2 (15 nm), CeO2 (20 nm), Fe2O3 (30 nm), and ZnO (70 nm). The levels of F2-isoprostanes were determined by using high-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry. The F2-isoprostanes’ peak was identified by retention time and molecular ion m/z at 353. Oasis HLB cartridge was used to extract F2-isoprostanes from cell medium. The results showed that SiO2, CeO2, and ZnO nanoparticles increased F2-isoprostanes levels significantly in A549 cells. Fe2O3 nanoparticle also increased F2-isoprostanes level, but was not significant. This implied that SiO2, CeO2, ZnO, and Fe2O3 nanoparticles can cause cell membrane damage due to the lipid peroxidation. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the investigation of effects of cellular exposure to metal oxide and silica nanoparticles on the cellular F2-isoprostanes levels.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the in vitro toxicity of two multi-wall carbon nanotubes on four different cell lines: human alveolar epithelial (A549) cells, hepatocytes (Hep 3B cells), human embryonic kidney cells, and intestinal (P407 cells) cells. The adverse effects of carbon nanoparticles were analyzed after 24 h incubation with different cell lines using the trypan blue dye exclusion method. Incubation of carbon nanotubes with different cells produced a concentration-dependent inhibition of growth of the cells. The TC50 or IC50 values (toxic concentration 50, i.e., concentration of particles inducing 50% cell mortality) of two nanoparticles were (1) found to be in the range 23.5–30.5 µg mL?1, and (2) less than that of quartz (known toxic agent, 28.8–66.9 µg mL?1), indicating the greater cytotoxic effect of carbon nanoparticles than quartz particles.  相似文献
